ARM's annual networking summer meeting.  Gather with legislators, the Board of Directors, and your fellow members for a relaxed atmosphere of business in the Minnesota version of paradise. 

July 31-Aug 2 Daily Schedule

Day 1 (July 31):

6:00pm-7:00pm: Social Hour (Wilson Bay Lodge - Pemmican Room)

7:00pm-8:00pm Legislative Program & Awards Presentation (Wilson Bay Lodge - Pemmican Room)

Join us as we gather to recognize our honored guests, award winners, and legislators. Members and spouses are welcome for a reception that includes hors d'oeuvres and drinks.  Michael Beer, MnDOT Assistant Commissioner, Engineering Services and the following representatives are scheduled to attend:

Day 2 (Aug 1):

7:00am - 9:00am: Breakfast Buffet in the Fairways Restaurant

8:00am - 9:00am: PAC Meeting (open to all contributors and those that wish to contribute)

9:00am - 10:30pm: Environment & Land Use Committee Meeting (Town Hall Conference Center – Pillsbury Rm.)

10:30 - 12:00pm: Major Issues Presentations (major issues facing the industry and potential solutions)

12:00pm - 7:00pm: Free time for golf or other activities

7:30pm - 9:00pm: Dinner at Mission Point Restaurant - Members & Spouses are welcome. Stop by early for a drink on the patio!

Day 3 (Aug 2):

8:00am - 9:00am: Breakfast Buffet at the Fairways Restaurant

9:00am - 10:15am: Technical Committee Meeting (Town Hall Conference Center – Pillsbury Rm.)

10:30am - 12:00pm: Board of Director’s Meeting (Town Hall Conference Center – Pillsbury Rm.)

12:00pm: Adjournment
